I'm Lasma, a photographer based in Peterborough, and this year I made a promise to support local businesses by telling their stories through photography. I capture not just what you do, but who you are — across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire.

Brand photography is about showing the whole picture: the maker's hands shaping something beautiful, the early-morning start, the team laughing over a brew, the workshop, the shopfront, the tools and the small details that make you *you*. I photograph the people and the passion behind the work.
Whether you need fresh images for a website, social media, a menu, a brochure or a shop window, I'll create a bank of warm, authentic photographs that look like your business — not a generic stock shoot.
How a brand session works
We'll start with a conversation about your business, your customers and the feeling you want to give people. From there, we'll plan a shoot around your working day — maybe a half-day or a full day — and build a shot list together so nothing important is missed.
On the day I'll photograph you, your team, your space and your process, mixing natural portraits with candid behind-the-scenes images. I'll keep it relaxed so nobody feels stiff or self-conscious, and I'll work around your customers and your schedule.

Do I need to close my business for the shoot?
Not at all. I photograph around your normal working day, so customers can still come and go. The best images often come from real work happening naturally in front of the camera.
Can you photograph my team as well as me?
Yes — team photographs are a big part of brand storytelling. I'll capture everyone individually and together, in a relaxed way that avoids the awkward corporate line-up.
Where do the photographs take place?
Usually at your premises, whether that's a workshop, shop, studio, office or café. If your space is tricky or you'd prefer somewhere else, we can choose a location that suits your brand.
Can I use the photographs on my website and social media?
Absolutely. Your session includes commercial usage, and you'll receive high-resolution files plus web-friendly versions sized for social media.
How many photographs will I receive?
A half-day shoot typically returns a generous bank of images covering portraits, workspace, details and behind-the-scenes moments. I'll confirm an approximate number when we plan your session.
