Your Christmas Photoshoot — how to find us

When you arrive

Please park your car in the designated car park area and make your way to the main reception. There are signs outside to guide you.

To enter reception, please press the red button on the wall.

Please note: pets are not allowed at the venue — assistance dogs are welcome.

Once you arrive in reception, please make yourself comfortable. You are very welcome to:

• Sit and relax while you wait
• Use the toilets
• Use the disabled toilet, which also has a baby-changing area
• Use the mirrors to make any final preparations before your photoshoot
• Take a few selfies while you wait

Your belongings

Please do not leave any personal belongings in the reception area.

Coats, bags and other belongings should be taken with you into the main hall, where your photoshoot will take place. There will be a designated space for you to safely leave your belongings during the session.

Your photoshoot

Your photoshoot will take place in the main hall.

Once everything is ready for you, I will personally come out to reception and invite you into the hall for your session.

If you are experiencing any delays or difficulties finding the venue, please let me know as soon as possible so we can keep everything running smoothly for everyone.
